They don’t answer their phone or messages anymore. I used to get seen regularly and always had a great experience, but once I tried to contact them about a bill that was incorrectly processed I haven’t been able to get in touch. I’ve even tried to schedule an appointment since then and have been unable to. Not sure if they shut down or what.
I've been trying for 2 weeks to get someone to answer the phone, text or call me back to make an appointment.
I've never had a bad experience with anyone. The whole staff has always been so kind and helpful.
The Doctor is great & as hes doing your procedure he makes u feel comfortable the whole time. To me hes the best ive ever been too!!!!
