I’ve had a mixed experience at this nail salon. I really like Helen — she does a great job and I’m always happy with my nails when she’s the one taking care of them. However, on two occasions when I went, she wasn’t there, which was frustrating. Unfortunately, the male technician I had instead did a poor job. The last time, I specifically asked for acrylic powder, but he ended up doing dip powder instead, which was not what I wanted.
