I have been coming to Global Nails for years, and it's always the best. Today Rosa gave me the perfect pedicure.
My experience in this salon started out well in the short 2 months I was going to Lynn. However, my last experience was extremely unprofessional and quite horrendous! I made an appointment with Lynn. When I arrived, I saw that she had overbooked and placed me with another technician for my pedicure. Considering she was a new tech to me, I had informed her that I wanted my toenails shorter, but my toes have extra skin and nail clippers can’t be used. Otherwise, I will easily get cut. I paid for a service that I was not satisfied with. The nail techs seemed inexperienced, and when I politely pointed out the areas I wanted fixed, they were not understanding. Instead, they began talking about me among themselves, and since I was able to translate the conversation, it made me feel very uncomfortable. Overall, the experience felt very unprofessional. I would not recommend this place, and I will not be returning.
Might be reporting this place. Absolutely the worst attempt at a manicure that I have ever received. Horrible service, dirty, unsanitary, on top of that she was rude. I didn't like the way she was shaping my nails and when I expressed that, she got an attitude and proceeded to do it worse....leaving my nails unshaped, ragged looking, not the same size and before she says she's ready to paint. Sad, owner is usually kind. My last experience however, was AWFUL!!! I was yelled at by a woman that I had to ask to cease my service because she was not understanding what I was excited to get and ultimately EXTREMELY unhappy. Cuticles not trimmed at all, filed down my actual nails to the point where it almost hurt because they kept coming out "uneven" when she could have just buffed. Plain out Horrible service.
