First let me start by saying that the surgery staff was great and the procedure went great, but when it comes to billing the try to take advantage of you. So, I had a procedure about May 2024 and in June 2025 I received a bill in the thousands, which is surprising since I have two insurances. I called and received no response so I sent a letter and received a response stating that they do not bill secondary insurances and the bill is my issue. I was so impressed when I had my surgery here! They were kind and incredibly helpful. I feel like they went above and beyond, from how I was greeted at the front desk, to the nurses, doctors, and especially Kyle that helped me on the financial side of things. So grateful for them and how they helped me!
The staff was very friendly and caring. They made sure I was very comfortable. Like I was family.
I had to have a procedure on my back, and from check in (Patty) to the nurses who took wonderful care of me both pre-op and post-op (Jackie and Emma). The anathesiest (Ashland), the OR nurse (Irene) and (Christy) who coordinated my drugs. All of these ladies went far above and beyond performing their duties. Everyone was very pleasant and actually made my stay very pleasant almost to the point of enjoyable.
