We had a recommendation to call Mike for a new furnace and air conditioner. He came out and spent a considerable amount of time in our home reviewing the project. Unfortunately, after our home visit we never heard from him again. Not even a text to say he is too busy, cannot complete the project etc. Unprofessional.
