I purchased a car at $16995.00. Bought the warranty, gap, and TT&L. With at 20.20% finance rate. The principal is just under $21,000. I have a 6 year term at $500/month. At that rate, I would have paid over $36,000. How is that 20.20%? I will have paid more double for this car. I’ve called several times to discuss this and get nowhere. This company is awful. The do not have customer service, the contact us is ignored and the interest rates are incredibly high. This is a predatory lender, do not use!!!

I got a car loan with GLS and I do NOT RECOMMEND this company. I lost my job unexpectedly and fell behind with my payments but still making payments. They won't stop calling texting and emailing every single day multiple times. They even call all your references that you've put down at the application. Let me be clear! Using Global Lending Solutions to purchase our first home was one of the best decisions we could have made! They were responsive to all of our inquiries, prompt in all of their responses, and kind throughout the entire home-buying process. They were upfront with us about all of our costs and made such an important process very quick and easy!
