I got repairs done to my vehicle and my warranty was covering my car rental expenses it’s been over 3 weeks of me contacting the manager and the service advisor no one responds , just for my warranty to receive a finalize bill in order for me to get a reimbursement on. The lack of professionalism is terrible .
I was able to match the deal which I was getting from some other franchise BUT i wish I had bought the car from some other dealer not from here because of the 2 reasons: - They didn't give me my new car in the condition I was expecting - The car was not properly cleaned from inside , I can clearly see the strains on the seats - Fuel wasn't full - The number plate installed was upside down ( not professional at all) - The Finanace manager behavior was which i would term as "RUDE" just because I was asking questions ? or MAYBE... read more
