I was very pleased with my experience at Global Kia of North Plainfield. My Sales Rep. Alcide Quintana, was Great! He was so helpful. Alcide was professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. He and his team made the whole leasing process effortless. Alcide worked with me to get an excellent lease deal for my new Kia Niro EV. One of the best experiences I had at a dealership so far! I highly recommend Alcide and Global Kia!
Worst service ever, brought my wife’s car in for an oil change and go check the gas door, they dented the car and had to keep it in shop for 3 weeks. Justin the service rep did not follow up with any status update. They couldn’t even provide me with an suv rental. Terrible service and do not recommend.
And to Global Byron got me a nice approval for my car ,come see Byron !
Hoy mi esposo y yo fuimos a pedir información sobre léase o compra y el vendedor hizo todo lo posible para que no compráramos nada un señor mayor nos dijo que muy caro el léase la verdad salimos muy decepcionados del servicio al cliente de Kia visitamos nos dealer y en Los dos nos trataron mal y nos dieron un buen servicio.
