Called to schedule a service appointment. Drove 40 mins and arrived on time only to be told they never actually made the appointment. I even double checked and found the call record for when I made the appointment over the phone and tried to show them, but unfortunately someone messed up by failing to actually make the appointment/send me the confirmation and was not willing to own up to the mistake/make it right.
