Ask for Donald!! He was kind, patient and stayed late at the dealership for us when needed. We got a great deal on our Jeep Grand Cherokee that no other dealership we got quotes from were close to. I highly recommend the dealership and Donald!
I recently leased my new 2025 Grand Cherokee, and I had a wonderful experience working with Ronald. Service department at this dealership is a disgrace. My last two experiences have been terrible. First, several months ago, I had my Wrangler is for, among other things, tire rotation. They returned my vehicle to me stating the work had been done and charging me for everything. The tires had clearly not been rotated. I told them I could tell because of the wear pattern on the tires. They were rude to me and said they had to check the cameras, basically calling me a liar.
