Ask for Donald!! He was kind, patient and stayed late at the dealership for us when needed. We got a great deal on our Jeep Grand Cherokee that no other dealership we got quotes from were close to. I highly recommend the dealership and Donald!
I recently called Global as it is my most local Jeep dealership parts department looking for a specific part. I purchased my Jeep in Milford, Pennsylvania and didn't want to go back for this one part, but I did have part # with a price quote from them. Global was asking 45% more for the exact same part. When I questioned the price discrepancy, I was told that dealerships have the autonomy to make their own pricing. I expected better...I'm getting the part from Milford , PA. Paying a lot less for the exact same part.
My husband and I went to GLOBAL this past weekend. We have two kids, needed to upgrade my Jetta and I’ve been eyeing the new Jeep Grand Cherokee. We met with Chris who was super patient and knowledgeable. With inventory being so low we were surprised to see a Laredo Altitude on the lot. Came in to have my jeep diagnosed as I suspected an internal coolant leak which would suspect a blown head gasket. had my car for 2 days and gave it back to me free of charge to only tell me "It has to get worse before we can do anything". Emilio was great with his customer service and communication but the overall experience was terrible. I took my jeep to Liccardi where they diagnosed it with a blown head gasket. This has been an outstanding experience at Global Auto Mall. Ronald Guardado was a huge help, as well as Ed Rubino. They immediately helped us compare different Jeeps and helped us figure out which one would be best for me and my family. I cannot thank them both enough. Way to go, Global!
