I never write bad reviews, but I left a very positive review the week that I leased my car, which has since needed to be redacted! This is where everyone should purchase AND service their Jeep! I purchased my Jeep many moons ago here and I had an issue recently that I couldn’t seem to get to the bottom of at another dealership so I returned to my home dealership and I was treated with respect. The service manager took it upon himself to dedicate the time and attention needed to find out what the issue was and how it should be addressed. My husband and I went to GLOBAL this past weekend. We have two kids, needed to upgrade my Jetta and I’ve been eyeing the new Jeep Grand Cherokee.
