I have to say that this company has gone above and beyond the other companies that I dealt with in the past. The patent process as you know can be very frustrating. Whenever I have called Global Intellectual Property, there is always someone to answer the phone and someone to get the message to Dan if he is too busy to talk. He and his staff have gotten me two patents so far and I can't tell you how many hours they have spent answering questions for me absolutely free of charge. Ronald D I have been working with the Global Intellectual Property Agency for a little over four years now. Everyone that I have dealt with within the Agency was very knowledgeable and helpful to my needs. This was my first attempt at something like this and they did a fine job of leading me along the way. If in the future I would need their services again I would not hesitate to give them a call.

I used this company to get a nonprovisional patent. I paid the money via a credit card, then I went on with getting the product finished so I could get it to market. after a few months I checked the USPTO website for my patent and it wasn't there. I emailed them asking them about it, I was told the credit card failed. I know this to be false, as I had plenty of money available on that card. but more important, why didn't they tell me, this was a very, very important process which cannot be ignored. Global Intellectual did an excellent job representing my interests during my Utility Patent application process with the USPTO. This was my first patent attempt and I was unfamiliar with the entire process. They communicated the application process, timelines, fees, and next steps in a prompt and timely fashion. I started the patent process skeptical and afraid. Global gave me all of the information I needed, good and bad, from the beginning so I knew what to expect during this long and stressful process. This also gave me enough time to set aside money for the legal fees needed during prosecution. I purchased an essential LLC Package from The Company Corporation who partnered with and hired Global Intellectual Property Agency, LLC. This package included a trademark name search and complete filing until approved by USPTO. I purchased this service in 2015 and tried to contact the lawyer who filed it (Daniel B******).
