We were referred to GIPA by an invention company. They were great to work with. Everyone says the patent process is hard and complicated, but Mr Daniel B****** and his team were amazing in our opinions. From the provisional to the final non-provisional it was a pretty seamless process. They did tell us we were much further ahead than most of their clients when the final comes due, but regardless they made the patent process as easy as it could be* ******** ***** Ent. Montana

I was going through the patent process and ALL the people I spoke with we're both friendly and knowledgeable. I had any questions answered with patience and thoughtfulness. I was even informed that I had OVER PAID and was being credited the amount!! Rare for a law firm, indeed! Highly recommend.... AND, I received my patent due to their expertise ??

Mr. B****** took me for my word. I told him I didn't have the money for a patent. I ask if he would let me make a payment every month. And if I failed to make a payment, that I would just take a loss. This was out of character, I knew I was asking for something that wasn't normal business procedures. But I know how God can work on the heart of man and He did so with Mr.B******. I am well pleased with everything that has taken place with the company. One is naturally concerned anytime they need to work with a lawyer, but Daniel B. B****** and his team eliminated all my concerns. They went above and beyond to help me understand the US Patent process and to work through all of my claims and diagrams. They were very upfront with the fee structure and verified that I understood which fees were government fees and which were patent attorney fees and reminded me of critical due dates.
