My family’s insurance claim took nearly six years to resolve, and the experience with both the public adjusters and the attorneys involved was extremely disappointing. The original public adjuster passed away during the claim, and the file was transferred to Global Claims public adjusting company. We were never informed of this transfer by the attorneys or the public adjusters until much later.
