Started out good and went downhill quickly. We are a small company in South Florida who ordered Freestanding Office Partitions ($1599.39 Total) on 05/13/2020 to establish safe working environment for limited office personnel during Covid-19 Pandemic. We received our order, made necessary adjustments in office area which left us with 2 of the partitions ($313.95ea) and associated brackets still in their box unopened and not needed. This was the worst company I have EVER worked with. Their customer service is non existent and I truly believe they lie. Their return service is unethical to say the least. I purchased a product for $249.03 cents which we had to return. When they received, they returned $122. 30 to our credit card - leaving $126.73 not returned. When calling, we were informed we were responsible for shipping and that was the charge. Ok we thought, seems high, but it is what it is. I had the worst customer service with this company. I had to deal with multiple departments to get the smallest issue fixed and each department I was transferred to had no idea what I previously discussed with the person before them. My main contact never responded to my emails or calls. Worst experience ever.

We bought a floor scrubber from them less than a year ago, parts started to crack and leak. Called there customer service line, and explained what I needed ( this started Nov 28 2017) emails went back and forth , I had part numbers from the book they sent me, told what I needed, was told I have the wrong book! it is now Dec 26 2017, one part came from the manufacture, Have no idea when and if I can get the parts for this less then one year old scrubber

There website says "Ships same day". That is a lie. It is there to catch the online buyers. My items was not showing any tracking information associated to it even after more than 24 hours. I called them 3 to 4 times, spoke to supervisor. I called them next day and they promised it will be shipped in the afternoon but nothing happened. On the phone it seems like they are fraud.
