I am very dissatisfied with their shipping and customer service departments. The agents seem unwilling to help and they show it in every interaction. They only delivered part of my order, and now I am struggling to get a refund. It’s a tough situation!

This company is horrible, somewhat nice people but a few were not very nice and didn't seem to really care! All of my orders were messed up . about $5000-$6000 in orderes. We placed an order and 2 weeks later I called to find out where all my boxes were and they said ohh we dont have those in stock you will get them in about a month. I cant wait for 3000 in equipment to redo all our stores inventory. This was a disaster, i will never order again from this company.

I ordered some items to build a custom lite DJ facade for my gigs. I was able to pick up the items right from the North Las Vegas warehouse. Everything was as described and I have a new, professional look for my events!
