I went here to get a car. It was a trade that was perfect for me. They explained that it needed brakes and oil change and they were working on it as I did paperwork. I agreed to a price. They brought the paperwork and we finalized. It took 7 hours. After I got home I noticed that they had changed all of the pricing we agreed on AFTER I had signed. STOP!!!!!!!! 1 phone call with the service department was all I needed to realize I shouldn't expect much in terms of transparency. I wanted to know why they charged $752 for an oil filter and gave descriptions like "critical, severe, and heavy oil leak," yet they neither checked, topped off, nor changed the oil after installation. The car was 1 full quart low just a few days later.
