I had two services scheduled: One for an oil change, and one to fix my wheels. When I got there, they said the wheel guy had gone home, and that he wasn’t informed about the last appointment he had for the day (me). So now I have to make another trip and wait for two hours to get my wheels done. The wheels and oil change shdv all been done within the first two hour visit. Zero accountability. Super annoyed.
