Great service from the service advisor (Giselle). But my goodness, three hours for a “scheduled” oil change. Tue-Th are supposed to be the least busy weekdays. But not the Thursday I scheduled. Why would a customer go through the efforts to schedule the service - it’s gonna take three hours anyways.

I don't know what has changed since I bought my car last year but this service was as basic and low end. I reached back out to my tech because I noticed they didn't repair something. After he got his survey done for "him", he didn't reply. All things matter when you purchase cars every 4 years gentlemen and have done so with BMW for 14 years!!
When I take my car for service, I always ask for Giselle Boothby. She provides excellent customer service.
