Went to the dealership to buy a new car. I submitted the credit application the day before. I waited for 30 minutes. I did not receive any contact from any sales or mangement employee. There was no contact from the dealership for the remainder of the day.
service department is horrible, fabricating stories to void warranty so the customer has to pay their ridiculous price for parts & labor. wont be giving them any more business
Called to get information on financing deals. The sales person could not answer the most basic questions and told me a manager would call me back and took my number. By the time I got a call back over a day later, I didn't answer Five minutes later I got text messages saying I had agreed to receive their marketing texts. I hadn't. I provided a call back number. I manually opted out but kept getting texts leading me to block them. Just an awful experience. Sucks too, because I was a lock to buy a new vehicle. Going elsewhere.
Terrible Service - My less than two year old Tuscon's battery would no longer hold a charge. If I left the back tailgate open for more than 10 minutes it would not start. So I jump started it (several times) and made an appointment for “tomorrow”. When I arrived the next day in the AM they said the appointment was tomorrow. But they took the car. Can I give 0 stars? The rating for this place has to be a joke. No one answers the phone or calls you back about questions or concerns you have, including parts they’ve ordered for you. They said they’d schedule me my appointment and never did. You have to keep calling over and over because they never respond to voicemails and when they do pickup you’re just on hold until they forget you’re there.
