Really great experience with our dealer, Chris. He was efficient and helpful in supporting myself and my mother in law of purchases of new vehicles. I felt like we were given the necessary time to explore our options, find the best fit, and walk away satisfied all without any rush or pressure. Absolutely terrible business and managers and i’m not doing their job as to telling them why.
They sold me a toy that worths a shit! It came with a cracked front windshield which is super dangerous to drive like that especially in the Winter. They promised me to get it fixed on the first week of purchasing and did not live up to their promises!!! They kept rescheduling my appointment 5 times and never reached out to me!
