My husband and I I had the worse experience at this dealership!!! We came to get an oil change and the next day our check engine light came on and the following day the car wouldn’t turn on. We tried calling a manager but no one would come to the phone until we called corporate. Finally we spoke with Hugo who wasn’t helpful at all and seemed the least bit interested. Clueless people. I had made an appointment to test drive a specific car and they were nowhere near ready when I arrived. Kept saying they had to look for car on the lot.
8am appointment and it's nearly 11 am without any updates. All for a freaking oil change
Went to the dealership to buy a new car. I submitted the credit application the day before. I waited for 30 minutes. I did not receive any contact from any sales or mangement employee. There was no contact from the dealership for the remainder of the day.
service department is horrible, fabricating stories to void warranty so the customer has to pay their ridiculous price for parts & labor. wont be giving them any more business
