My mother needs a Urgent Dialysis treatment at the Southwest Memorial Hospital but, they closed on Sunday! The nurse called several times for GLOBOL DIALYSIS services to confirmed time they were coming! it’s 6:06 PM and NOTHING! The supervisor called me and it was rude and hanged up at me!!
Global dialysis started as a good service and then they quickly dismiss me after Medicare took over! And then they stole my scale! And have not returned my calls ever since I have nothing but negative things to say about these guys!
Great company. Patient care is top priority.
