I had a bride and groom book with them for their send off. We booked this company’s party bus for our daughter’s 15th birthday party. The driver, Esperancia, was to be at our home at noon today. She called and said she was going to be late. She called several times updating us that she would arrive in 15 minutes, then 10 minutes, then 5 minutes. She never showed! What a mess of a company!

Thank you for providing the quote. However, the client needs to see the actual pictures of the vehicle before making the final decision.

I called Global Ground Transportation for a quote, I had a group coming in town and wanted to use a party bus, the customer service representative was very nice and let me know the options. I asked if they had pictures of the bus and they send it to me so I book it. I got a confirmation right away. the day of the trip I got a text letting me know the driver was on the way and there name, I was really surprise as I never seen this before so I called customer service to make sure this was correct and they said yes and I am abl... read more
