OK, this started out as a one star review. After some major dissatisfaction and some miscommunication, I was not happy to say the least. Everyone makes mistakes. The issue is how you respond to them. Kudos to Tony for making things right (something many businesses aren't very good at). At this point, I would highly recommend Global Glass Block!
I recently had Global Glass Block install glass block windows in the basement. I checked a handful of estimates and they were competitively priced, were there to install when they said they would be as well as within the timeframe indicated that it would take. My new windows look great! I would definitely recommend Global Glass Block!
