Doctor was nice enough but I waited over an hour past my appointment time and then the doctor gave me a referral for an endoscopy and colonoscopy and they told me “our appointments are full for the foreseeable future, the best I can do is call you if someone cancels” for an urgent medical request. Do not go here.
I wish I had seen the reviews before coming to this place. Horrible place and horrible customer service. Waited over an hour I don't understand the point of making an appointment if you still gotta wait over an hour. So I politely asked for my copayment and left. NEVER AGAIN!
First time patient got there early like 3 hours and they didn’t took me in to a room after my scheduled appointment after that I waited 1 hour for Physician Assistance to see me is ridiculous.
Dr. Chan performed my mom’s colonoscopy and we got the results pretty much immediately printed out for us. But the office said we had to make an appointment to “go over the results” with the doctor. And I repeatedly asked if it’s any different from the results that we got after the surgery.. and they just kept telling me that I have to make an appointment to see the doctors to talk about the results.
