Extremely slow and unorganized
My appointment is 3:30pm today, until now waiting until 16:15pm still cannot see the doctor, I arrived around 3:10pm, the front desk told me last patient went to see the doctor in 3:15pm, until now still inside, cannot believe that need to wait for so long time. Please help!
This is the worst office ever. They do not care about you at all. They would ignore phone calls. When they answer, they are of no help. The doctor doesn’t even care what you are experiencing and will dismiss anything. If I could give 0 star, I would. Save your time and money and go somewhere else
So unprofessional
I went to the one in city of industry. That place is a joke. First of all, they only open 2 times a week. And girl in the front don’t care if you’re sick or not. 5 seconds in, she told us the doctor can’t take us. We called in October. Got scheduled for January. And my dad had a change in his insurance in January. We called his insurance and they said the doctor should be able to see him. But nope! The girl there just being so rude and basically “we can’t see you”. I’d have to go to his PCP again and asking for another refer... read more
