The flowers I received today were old and falling apart. I called to let the owner know and there was no answer at the shop. So I called the person who delivered them and explained the poor condition of the flowers. She was apologetic but explained that the owner told her that because it was a Friday she'd redeliver on Monday. Hello?!?! They're the ones who delivered inferior product. Had a Mother's Day arrangement delivered to my wife. What a disappointing piece of crap they delivered. Called them and their excuse was "we ran out of flowers". Really....you sure didn't have any problem charging me full price! BEWARE - I will never do business with these folks again.

I went to Global Flower shop to send flowers to my ex-girl friend of 25 years who I broke-up with 3 months ago and who I was trying to hook up by sending some nice flowers for Valentines. $50.00 for flowers $15.00 delivery to Spicewood. I don't know if she didn't like the flowers or still doesn't like me???. Could not order via web. Site kept faulting with no order error message. I think it was trying to force an account opening eventhough all credit card data etc was entered and accepted. When it forced a choice of "open an account or choose..." It entered receipients data as billing with no option for me. I never got the order in and used another local florist. No global flowers 2 me 2 day.
