Would be nice to get a call back , I’ve been reaching out to you guys for days to have Greta or Perez to call me back . This shouldn’t take this long to get in touch with you guys. Perez knows his stuff but your front office staff is the worst out . Your google and Yelp reviews state the same. Also your office hours are different on your website , Facebook , and your office voicemail it’s weird...

RecommendedDr. Perez and his entire staff are all very friendly, knowledgeable and attentive to each individual need of each patient! Dr. Perez and his staff take their time with you and make sure there are no corners cut or unanswered questions when it comes to the patients health! I am proud to say I am a patient!
Dr. Perez has treated both my husband and me for 5 years. He has assisted us in improving our health in many ways! His assistants are great as well, especially Marie!! I look forward to Dr. Perez's return and hope he gets better every day!! <3 <3
I have waited forever today for one prescription refill. My appointments usually are what I expect.
I just went there for the first time and had a great experience! I thought the staff was very pleasant. I like the expanded hours and will be making Global Family Medicine my primary care physician.
Worst primary care office. Been a patient for 8 years and I regret going back every time. Looking into a new office. They over charge, over sell useless products, you wait minimally 45 minutes to be taken into the back where you proceed to wait another 30 minutes. However, if you're 15 minutes late for you appointment they will cancel it and charge you. Whenever I need to get my scripts filled, it takes at least 3 days. They're incapable of calling the pharmacy within 24 hours and my scripts are rarely signed in time. They'r... read more
Not happy with overbilling & charging of appointments when scheduled to see Dr Perez only to be sent to his Urgent Care, billed copay & no show fee anyways. When I show up for next scheduled appointments they won't let me see him or talk to him or billing unless I pay 10% of fees that I'm trying to disagree with in the first place. Appointments made 2x to see him & he was on vacation. I was in hospital & had every test possible taken & practice had no results of any tests but made me get more anyways.
