Several eye lashes fell off after one day…and the lashes on the end curled up too, very unnatural. The lash girl was very unprofessional, she even cut your lashes during the process Add———- After several days, I feel these lashes sticky, very uncomfortable. Usually never wait that long - walked in tonight and was told 20 minutes - came back 20 minutes later after running an errand. After waiting awhile, the person doing threading came to the lobby asked me why did I not come back after 10 minutes instead, and now I needed to come back an hr and half later. Basically got the run and won’t be coming back especially since the last two times I’ve come, I’ve felt threading was rushed and quality of threading has not been great.

Had Eleena for my service and she was great! I came in much earlier than I expect and she still saw me early and finished up so quickly!
