I have used global exterminating for years and have unfortunately recommended them to others. They used to be a great company. I have had them say they sprayed and billed me for it and I could prove by camera no one had ever come. This is not the first time I have had to call them back to respray for bees. Usually they return calls.. eventually, however for the last 2 weeks they have not. I will never use this company again and will never recommend them again. Poor customer service from a company that boasts great service

Don't choose this company!! This company does not answer emergency calls, like they claim they do, and doesn't do the job they state they will do. If you know someone with an allergy, PLEASE AVOID!! Their office staff doesn't answer the phones and are snotty. Choose a different company!!
