Global Expo Housing royally screwed my company over. First off, they got our business by wrongfully poaching off a large convention list of people, acting as the housing provider for the event. Along with that, they have an ABSURD cancellation policy. They told me that my hotel reservation would be processed in 24 hours--within that 24 hours, I asked to cancel it after finding out these deceitful people were trying to trick me into reserving a total of 6 rooms through them.
