Not sure where to start - maybe the incompetence of this company. I filed a claim and spoke with one of their agents who said that they received all docs needed to process within 2-3 weeks. Fast forward a month and a half, I received an email saying I am missing the claim form - I called and was told this is what I needed to submit in order to process the claim. If you are also having troubles with a legitimate claim, please appeal and escalate until you get to someone who cares. Otherwise, we may be enabling this kind of baseless denials of coverage. I am a holder of a TD Infinite Visa that is covered via Global Excel. I had a car rental issue and provided complete documentation, but this insurance provider refused to acknowledge factual evidence and has been a waste of time to deal with.
