I’m very pleased with their servicing, first on a sentimental pendulum wall clock (they even gladly did a touchup 6 months later after a minor hiccup), then most recently doing an on-site grandfather clock repair for a relative who had been screwed around for 2+ years by a supposed “ European clock specialist”. Very friendly, accommodating staff — keep up the good work!
