I can honestly say Elise is the most professional and sweetest person there. My kids really adore her and look forward to their visits. The moment they sit in the chair, she makes them feel completely comfortable and at ease. Especially, my now 7 year old. She’s gentle, thorough, and always explains everything so clearly. They never answer the phone, i have been calling for days at different times. It's like they hate to get new clients. I will use the same language that all the other reviews have said - they are unorganized and Unreliable.
Had to take a moment to give a quick but sincere shout out about the staff at Global. Elise was very professional yet warm and friendly. I’m always nervous about going to the dentist but Elise and team took such good care of me. She is an absolute gem at this office. Her work was always impeccable and she’s very pleasant even under pressure. Kudos to Elise and team!
Very unorganized do not answer the phone do not return phone calls. It’s horrible. I don’t even know how this place is still open.
I must say, since I was a child, I had a fear of going to the dentist. When I start going to Global Dental Center and encountered Elise, all that fear was released! Elise is so patient and she always makes sure that I am comfortable in the chair! She is excellent with myself and my daughter! Dr. Roberson, thank you so much for hiring the best hygienist in Memphis Tn!!
