I tested Global with a small collection, just to see how they would do. Well, the entire process was a nightmare from the start. My first person I was dealing with was nice, but soon went on maternity leave without providing this info. Global Creditors Network of Irving CA contracted with my business to collect a debt of $63,000. After collecting a portion, they have not remitted anything to the company. When I ask, they will not tell me how much was collected. Isaac Cohen, the president told me my check was to be processed in the monthly run in April 2013. It was not. An employee collector assigned to my case (Terry Taylor), called me to tell me he thinks Global is a scam and they will not pay me anything. We sent a couple of our delinquent accounts to Global Creditors Network. They were assigned to Kendra Starr. Kendra Starr was terrible from the very start. Everything about my experience with Global Creditors Network was poor. Kendra Starr made hardly no attempt to collect my debt, never called me back when she said she would and lied about recording the negative information on the delinquent debtors credit score. I would highly recommend AVOIDING this company.
