Completed required CE during July and August 2023. July's CE was reported to IRS. August's was not. I had certificates issued for 14 hours CE in August. I tried every number I could find for Global CPE (was able to leave a message at one of the two numbers found.) and sent email via their help site and to admin@globalcpe.com through my email. Even sent a 24 hour chat/text request. Provided all the necessary information. Have not received any reply. Have tried to ask about this at the Service, but have been unsuccessf... read more

I have been attending seminars for over 30 years. Thank goodness I discovered Global CPE five years ago, because NO ONE presents tax updates better than GLOBAL CPE!!! I purchase an annual subscription for unlimited CPE because Art Werner & Anthony Rocca are extremely well-educated and share their knowledge in such a manner that I learn something new with every course. I am definitely better prepared each year for my tax season because of my investment in Global CPE!

Don't waste your money. Aug 31st website was inaccessible, phones went to a recording that said it was not a "working number", and email was returned "undeliverable". 6 days later, the website is still inaccessible, the phones ring a few times and then disconnect, and the email hasn't been returned yet OR ANSWERED.
