I asked for a quote on installing shower fixture and replacing a valve. When technician arrived first thing he said was, "If you don't like my quote just say no. You won't hurt my feelings,. I have a job in Castroville I need to get to." Well that told me alot. He then gave me a quote of $1800! Then when I protested he called his boss who allowed him to lower it to $1200. Thanks for nothing! Guess my simple job was not important to this company.
Robert and his partner were great. They chose the best option for repair and addressed all the specials Global is currently offering

I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Jimmy came out to help us with a leak and he was the best. He was very kind and knowledgeable which made the process so much easier. It was a relief being helped by someone I could trust
