Roland came to my house on a holiday. Showed up as promised and do a thorough job of assessing my problem. He clearly knew his stuff. Did a great job of providing me videos and pictures from the nooks and crannies I couldn’t get myself into and had a good ability to explain the options in a way that was easy to understand. He fixed the problem, and did a great job of cleaning up. I highly recommend Roland for similar work, and will use him and Global again.

I wanted to have them install a UV Llght in my a/c to stop mold / mildew. They usually cost $60-$100. The company wanted $1200 to install and return for maintenance checks. I wanted to discuss that with my wife when she got home. The technician said there was a $56 fee for his visit if I did not accept his proposal at that time!
