Great experience with this Global cooling! Gary was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He got the job done quickly and made the whole process easy. Highly recommend!
They have been great over the years but recently their system is fully automated and no one answers. I have a leak from my ac unit and have been waiting all day for the tech who never arrived, and I can not get in touch with anyone at their office.
Great service and the not so killer pooch liked him as well!
