We always have a wonderful experience with Global Cooling and their maintenance services. Joel was very professional and addressed a few issues that we were aware of as we have been using this service for a number of years. This company is always very professional and their employees are so courteous. We had the pleasure to meet with William today and he was the best.
Update: do not use this company. Their incompetence knows no bounds. They came to fix our ac and it needed a part- I get it. Yet the tech didnt place the order on a friday afternoon so took days and days and days to come in durong the heat of summe. We know accidents happen so we decided to give them one more try. They came out today to balance our ducts because one room was colder than others thousands of dollars later and that room is colder than ever and my room is sweltering. The service technician was great. He had all of the replacement parts on the truck. Very transparent with pricing of service, parts, and labor. He got us back up and running that night. Very pleased with the experience.
