Victor and Bryce took my house from Frozen to comfy and I have to admit, we had so much fun, I didn’t want to “Let ThemGo”. 🤗 I didn’t expect a routine maintenance visit to be this enjoyable — but this cooling company seriously exceeded expectations. As the new owner of a house serviced by this company, the staff would tell me the previous owner owed 3 months of billing, when in fact they owed nothing. The technicians of this company are very unprofessional as they never cleaned to coils. the service agreement calls for full serving including cleaning of the coils. They wanted photos which I sent to them. Always one excuse after another. They said they would have the tech call me. never had any call.
