Worst Property Manager Ralph Longo. He is antagonistic and completely unprofessional. The property 670 and 650 Nutmann in Santa Clara are inundated with cock roaches. County has cited them at least once for coach roach issues. They will not fix anything if asked and if you have a problem you are on your own. Beware Ralph is very friendly when you first sign your contract.
