All I got was pure professionalism, knowledge, and compassion of my multiple conditions, symptoms that I described in simple terms and even in my own reporting with sounds. I have been calling for weeks trying to obtain medical records and billing. I have not had a reply. I find it very unprofessional. I have left 4 voicemails and sent 3 fax and yet no reply.
I just got my back adjusted by Dr.sung a few days ago. Even as I type this, my back is feeling a hell of a lot better than before and best part is that Dr.Sung took the time to talk to me about my back issues before and afterwards. Bedside manners is still a skill set many don't take into account anymore!
