I had an exam at The Brandon Florida Gulf Coast Optometry. My visit was pure hell. The physician or nurse practitioner misdiagnosed my eyes with contacts and glasses that I have worn over 20 years. I was told I could contact the corporate office in reference to a refund. I spoke with Emilio on July 12,2025 to be told he would look into. I would not recommend this provider based on my experience. I was seen at their Des Moines, IA office. I had to return three times for an eye exam, and even after multiple visits, the prescription was still incorrect. Therefore, I requested a refund from the corporate office per the Des Moines office requirements, which I have followed up on several times without resolution (4 weeks). No wait. Super efficient. Perfect prescription including prism. Can’t remember last time I could see this well. Great opticians.
