Mark has been wonderful to me Always available and if not he makes a point to call back I remember couple of times he himself drove to drop aid so that the aid should be available for my wife The receptionist I think her name is Katricia I call herPatricia Never failed to help and sweet respectful to client And tries to help we r happy with them. I am writing this report based on my experience as the daughter of an "elder bed-ridden patient." My mother has been receiving home attendant services from Global Care for almost two years and I am very grateful for the care devoted to her from compassionate aids who care and tend to her as one more member of their family; I am also very appreciative of the staff members who have listened to my pleads and have worked with me around my mother's need so that my mother receive the optimum care and attention needed.
