All staff are courteous and extremely organised. Cardiologist Dr Firdaus Rahim is amazing. We've lived in different areas of WA including Bunbury and I still travel to Joondalup for appointments.
Great clinicians but receptionist was rude and told me I was late but only by a couple of minutes due to traffic. More courtesy required.
I contacted GC Joondalup re appointment on 12/2/20 .was told to email referral which I did and phoned to see if they had received them which they had .Told the Dr would review and his secretary would contact me . I didn’t hear anything so contacted them by phone again a week later .Nearly two months later still no reply
