We ordered custom bags and sport towels for our youth basketball program. They turned out beautifully! It was a relatively large order needed within a quick timeframe. The process was easy, the price was right, and they delivered on time. We were very pleased. Most importantly, the kids seemed to love their gifts. We’re looking forward to having another opportunity to do business again.

Is there an option for zero???!!! This company is the worst!! I left aarons in March and returned clothing items that was brand new still in the packaging. Said items were signed for according to ups and after 60 days I still have yet to receive a refund. You order products and select for payroll deductions. Most of the time you have completed paying for them long before you receive them. This company’s customer service is a joke. No one responds to emails calls etc. half the time the mailbox is full. Literally the worst. I’ve ordered shirts 2 months ago and they still haven’t arrived. Called twice today after emailing them 5 days ago with no response and I still can’t get a hold of anyone. You also can’t leave a voicemail because their mailbox stays full. So now I’m out $108.

This will probably be the first and the last time I will ever do business with global caps I had to buy my uniform through this business so there wasn’t really much of a choice, but this has been the worst experience of all time. When it comes to a professional Clothing distributor I set my standards high. For starters I made my order on September 19 did not receive my order till October 26th and was shorted one shirt and never received a hat and there has been no contact with anyone at their office
