GBA was put in a very difficult situation with a non-responsive client and no funds to adequately maintain the property. Despite unending challenges they remained proactive and professional helping steward the property to the most advantageous exit including trying to locate buyers for investors who had taken over control from the sponsor. They knew the market, the players and how to keep a very damaged ship moving forward. I readily would support hiring them again.
It was a pleasure living here. The staff at Global were super supportive and quick to fix any issues. I’ll miss living here. I wish them all well.

I just recently moved into this complex, and I have had nothing short of luxurious service from the staff here. Not only is the location a dream, The staff have gone above and beyond to make sure that I was settled into my new home.
