GBA was put in a very difficult situation with a non-responsive client and no funds to adequately maintain the property. Despite unending challenges they remained proactive and professional helping steward the property to the most advantageous exit including trying to locate buyers for investors who had taken over control from the sponsor. They knew the market, the players and how to keep a very damaged ship moving forward. I readily would support hiring them again.
