So many caring therapists! They work hard and kids have fun while learning!
My son’s therapist would always cancel last minute. Towards the end she would be a no show once a week. Late, would leave a few minutes earlier. Then out of no where with no warning she let me know Friday would be here last day, i thought it was fine because i thought they had a replacement for my son right away but they do not and my son has to be put on a waiting list again. Another thing is the therapist would NEVER bring in material for my son to work with.
I love them. They are about the kids and family. They have turned are family around for the better and I am forever thankful.
I had an experience with another ABA company that I would NEVER hire again. In one year of having our son with this company, he has shown tremendous progress. While I completely understand the need for honest and unbiased reviews, I do NOT believe that this company “is after insurance money OR doesn’t care”. This has NOT been our experience.
