Some pilots need more training.. especially in SLC airport. Never fails...these pilots you can tell they need more experience.. listen to video..almost out of runway and rookie pilot still donsent have the lift ... until they hits the gas.. left and right banks are ridiculous hard taken...thinks they're driving a car.. they need more training before they get on the co pilot seats..

I loved working for Brad and Global it's to bad the company was sold it feels like we are not individuals anymore seem very impersonal now.
