Charlie fixed the catalytic converter on my Audi Q5. He runs an honest & fair business. Will continue to bring our vehicles to him!
Charlie is a top notch mechanic who knows his stuff. I am actually an auto part delivery driver for this shop. When ever I have had car problems Charlie has fixed my problem. I really appreciate his honesty and how he gets strait to the issue. I highly recommend!
When Charlie tells me something on my car needs work, I believe him completely. You can rely on him *never* trying to upsell you work you probably don't need just because it's a slow season or you don't know a lot about cars or you walked in without a husband/brother/bf. He's fantastic about not throwing jargon at you OR talking down to you when he is explains a car diagnosis and risks/benefits of driving it versus paying for a repair.
