When Charlie tells me something on my car needs work, I believe him completely. You can rely on him *never* trying to upsell you work you probably don't need just because it's a slow season or you don't know a lot about cars or you walked in without a husband/brother/bf. He's fantastic about not throwing jargon at you OR talking down to you when he is explains a car diagnosis and risks/benefits of driving it versus paying for a repair. I don't think I can do Charlie & his team at Global Automotive justice with a simple review. To say that he and his team go above and beyond is putting it mildly. He has taken care of my daughter's car when she was in a position that didn't allow any wiggle room and getting to where she needed to be (military frowns upon not being where you are supposed to be when you are supposed to be there.
