I had issues with my car misting. My car was misdiagnosed. After several repairs, I had the transmission replaced. I was still having the same issue. I took my car to another shop and had the fuel pump replaced which took care of my issue. The reason I had all of the repairs because I previously had my car serviced here and thought this was a reliable shop. He did everything I asked and more. I have realized through having work done here that a lot of people expect Global to fix everything for nothing. It’s obvious from the reviews. The vehicles I have taken were fixed in a timely manner with fair pricing. I will continue to use him. He had the opportunity to take advantage on some issues and parts I thought were faulty and took the time to show me they were not despite what another mechanic diagnosed. Saved me time and money.
I just want to say from beginning to end Randall and his wife and the whole entire crew where excellent great communication great service and treated us like family even state open for us to come and pay and kept our vehicle longer because of other issues on our end, not theirs. Definitely would recommend them to anybody who has car issues not only replaced our motor with our warranty company, but made sure that other things were correct as well.
