I was very pleased with my experience at Global Auto Mall and Global Kia. My Sales Rep. Alcide Quintana at Global Kia of North Plainfield, was Great! He was so helpful. Alcide was professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. He and his team made the whole leasing process effortless. Alcide worked with me to get an excellent lease deal for my new Kia Niro EV. One of the best experiences I had at a dealership so far! I highly recommend Alcide, Global Auto Mall, and Global Kia!
Not happy with their service. We drove over 30 miles for a test drive and they only tell us once we reached that the vehicle is sold. They didn't have the courtesy to call and tell us not to make the trip.
