I am the owner of one of the local businesses in Modesto. We have purchased auto parts from Global Auto parts for several years. Today, 11/2/2023 I attempted to return a part I purchased on 10/11/2023. The day after the part was purchased, I called Global and asked them to pick up the part and refund the purchase, due to the part being damaged and it being of inferior quality, even though it was a CAPA certified part.
