They prey on the vulnerable! They are a shady bunch of characters. Somehow they got in touch with my mother while my Dad was dying making her believe they were helping her with a cremation service. She was at her most vulnerable and they took full advantage. They took a lot of money from her account and are now giving her the run around to get her money back. She has done everything they have asked, but still nothing. Avoid these people at all costs!! They are crooks!
Horrible customer service, horrible management, horrible ethics. paid my policy 3 years ago and now i have an overpayment plus I owe over 1,000. makes. no sense. DO NOT purchase any products from this company.

Global Atlantic delayed my deceased mother’s annuity payout for almost a year, forcing me through endless paperwork and excuses. Only when I threatened to file complaints with regulators did they suddenly issue a check. In my experience, they held my money as long as they could get away with — terrible customer service and zero accountability.
They do not allow online access to your insurance policy. How archaic is that? They accidentally charged my credit card twice on the same day. They sent me no email receipt for the second charge. It’s a good thing I police my credit card charges. I contacted them to get a refund for the second charge, they said it could take up to three weeks to receive a check.
