This is a scam, my parents were trying to get their birds overseas and was billed 4k for nothing. They still don’t have the birds. Whatever you do, do not trust this company. This is a total scam. My parents are older and fell for Mikes lies and empty promises. He does not know what he is doing and is totally incompetent.

If you are looking to transport a pet--especially an exotic animal like a tortoise--do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
