Kathy is absolutely incredible! She is genuine, kind, and very knowledgeable about the products and services offered. She is thoughtful and takes her time when explaining products, procedures, and answering questions. Her passion and dedication is evident the moment you pass through the Glo-Up Med-Spa door and also apparent in the results she achieves after every treatment. I cannot say enough how appreciative I am to Kathy, the staff, and the spa as a whole.
Absolutely wonderful experience Kathy performed the 3 Step ZO chemical peel & and RF microneedling under my chin. She was kind, professional, and detail oriented. The app is a great bonus, love the rewards program.
