Zero! That is how many stars this place deserves. I am in disbelief of what I just had to endure here i HAVE to share my experience with everyone. I had been in a couple days previously with my roommate we decided to sign up a family membership. The 2 employees asked me about Eyewear I stated I NEVER wear them, yeah yeah it's bad I know but it wasn't a problem . Glo tan in Addison has been an exceptional experience for me, the staff are always willing to help and always answers any questions I may have. Kayla is wonderful and I always appreciate the customer service she gives she is exceptional.
So I’m a fairly new member been there around 5 times. I pay for an unlimited package. Out of the 5 times I’ve been only once did the wellness pod work with no issues or error on the screen that read it’s out of water. Was it disappointing yes being undressed and wasting 10 minutes of the 20 minutes I’m slotted to refill water myself. Because mind you there’s water in a bucket right beside the pod. Gloria tanning is more than just a tanning salon . The staff here is very professional,& friendly. A little lady by the name of Addison helped me my first time. She was very knowledgeable about the product’s & services they offer. I would highly recommend this place to anyone
